Bui Bolg goes to China

It’s unbelievable!  It’s amazing! Bui Bolg have been invited to the International Tourism & Culture Festival in Beijing! Our great 'Chancy Brothers' are travelling to the other side of the world and bring the ‘craic’ of the Irish to China. Many thanks to Culture Ireland and Events International  for this opportunity. 谢谢

International Puppet Festival

If you want to catch a glimpse of this new show get to the ‘International Puppet Festival’ on October 23rd. Come and enjoy this hilarious event with Breda, the World-wandering land lady, Mick the bungling barman and the musical Chancys. A typical tale of the Irish diaspora told through wit and humor, giant puppetry and live music, as well as a tinge of sadness all packed up in ONE suitcase.

'Out there Festival'

Bui Bolg was thrilled to be invited to perform at the ‘Out There Festival’ in Great Yarmouth last week. It was an absolute pleasure to perform at this excellent Festival with an atmosphere unrivalled by anywhere else we have been.

Samhain coming soon

Once again Bui Bolg will present their spooktakular walkway through the woods of Marlay Park for Halloween. This event has grown year after year with over 10.000 audience members attending in 2010. This year it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. So look out for some weird and wonderful happenings. But be afraid... be very afraid!
